Where there is love there are no demands, no expectations, no dependency. I do not demand that you make me happy; my happiness does not lie in you. If you were to leave me, I will not feel sorry for myself; I enjoy your company immensely, But I do not cling..i do not cling. Darn, I really love this moment of my life. Confusion, regret, love, hate, passion, success, aggresion, peace, anger, optimism, pain..they all seem to happen at the same time. However, I feel so blessed for them, for I'll haul all the lessons and store 'em forever in my delicate brain
Something bug me over the last summer, although I almost come into a conclusion last weekend, i still can't make my decision 'til this moment. For some stupid reason, it reminds me of a reading i read long time ago..a quite thoughtful paragraph about relationship..(hopefully i didn't miss the important lines )....

There is a difference between being an acquaintance and being a partner. An acquaintance is someone whose name you know, who you see every now and then, who you probably have something in common with and who you feel comfortable around. It's a person that you can invite to your home and share things with. But they're people who you don't share your life with, whose actions sometimes you don't understand because you don't know enough about them.

On the other hand, a partner is someone you love. Not necessary that you are "in love" with them, but you care about them and you think about them when they are not there. The people you are reminded of when you see something they might like. They are the people whose pictures you have and whose faces are in your head regardless. Partners are the people you feel safe around because you know they care about you. They call just to see how you are doing, because a partner doesn't need an excuse. They tell you the truth, the first time, and you do the same. You know that if you have a problem, they are there to listen. They watch you live and you watch them live and you learn from them.

Yeah..that's about it..quite naiv and gullible I say. But as we grow up, we learn that even the one person that wasn't supposed to ever let you down probably will. You will have your heart broken probably more than once and it's getting harder every time. You'll break hearts too, so remember how it felt when yours was broken. You'll fight with your best friend. You'll blame a new love for things an old one did. You'll cry because time is passing too fast, and you'll eventually lose someone you love. So I say : Take lots of pictures! laugh too much! and love like you've never been hurt! because every sixty seconds you spend upset is a minute of happiness you'll never get back.
